Around the age of 7, I came across a bronze Native American holding up a buffalo skull in prayer for his starving race. I remember being totally mesmerised and just admiring every inch of it. I dreamed that one day I would be able to create something like that but inwardly felt that only some god-like being, way beyond my talent, could actually create beautiful bronze sculptures. I know that moment all too well. The moment you meet that person who you just know is perfect for you in every way. In 2006 I met that person. We met at the age of 18 and he was unlike any other I had ever dated. It took me months and months of saying no to him before I eventually gave in.
